Running with Scissors [Text]

No I'm not dead--- it's just taken me this long to find updating time

I. AM. DONE... school that is [insert happy dance here] and I know that I'm making it sound like I'm done forever but I'm not- I'm just free for the month of December. It's kinda like jail- in my 5-10 sentence, I just got visitation rights or something like that. And while I'm on the subject, on Saturday I was at my friend's house till 4:00am finishing a science project.

We did our project on cloning.

Clones are creepy!

But it felt really really good when we were finally finished to (a), go to bed and (b), to go bed without anything left to worry about- that project was the last of my worries until my exams so it will be a nice little break.

Oh and I took my little sister to see Enchanted (my psychology professor would be so disappointed in me), it was so damn good! It was sweet and Amy Adams is beyond adorable- every single review praised her and now I know why- the girl is brilliant. Plus the movie poked fun at Disney, it was like Shrek without the cutting bite- don't get me wrong I like the cutting bite- but it worked better as a soft nip in this movie. I suggest everyone see Enchanted and allow yourself to be a kid for two hours; it very relaxing.

Went to a Grey Cup party last night- ate so much crap it was unbelievable- but getting together with friends is probably one of the best things to do. En lieu of a traditional pizza and chicken wings dinner we had pasta, soup and steaks.... and then a friend (who arrived late to the party) decided to bring a pizza! I'm not ashamed to admit that I eat some of that too. And I baked cookies- which rocked and were the only thing to be finished off. I think everyone should learn to bake on signature cookie that you're known for and everyone loves- I find baking to be awesome at releasing stress and it's really nice to see other people enjoy something you've made. Plus the compliments don't hurt either!

And I am so proud of myself, I've managed to drop 20 pounds since the beginning of September which is good for my health, my self-esteem and I've finally (after years and years of wasting money) developed a habit of going to the gym everyday- thank you Curves. Basically the point I’m trying to make here is- everyone please be as proud of me as I am.

In conclusion- oh my god, flash back to Saturday night and the wonderful moments of ending that damn project- I've decided to make it a resolution to update my journal at least once a week; even if it's a bunch of boring babble.
